Free Incapacity Documents Now Through February, 2021 for All Healthcare Workers

Minnesota, and our country at large, has been facing a healthcare crisis because of the coronavirus pandemic. COVID-19 continues to challenge our hospital and health clinic systems, which places countless Minnesotan healthcare workers on the front lines of the battle against the disease every day. This impacts not only the medical professionals – doctors, nurses, paramedics, lab workers, and other staff – but also their loved ones and families.

As a community-oriented law firm, Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. wants to help these medical professionals by easier access to estate planning and incapacity-oriented documents. From November 2020 through February 2021, the Estate Planning Department of Henningson & Snoxell will be offering free incapacity documents (healthcare directives and powers of attorney) with every estate plan to all doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
